If you become a client, we may also process: Billing address and invoicing details.

 

Payment information (processed via third-party payment/invoicing provider Stripe.com— we do

not store full card details ourselves)


 

2.3 Photos and video footage of identifiable individuals


 

As a photo and film production company, a core part of our work involves capturing images

and video of people, including clients, models, wedding guests, event attendees, and

other individuals present at a shoot. This may include: Photographs and video recordings.

Names, if provided for captioning, tagging, or crediting purposes. Likeness, voice, and other personal characteristics visible or audible in the material.


 

2.4 Technical and website usage data

automatically, such as: IP address, browser type and device information, pages visited and time spent on the site, referring website, cookie identifiers (see Section 5).

Note: our website uses Wix Studio’s hosting platform, which has its own built-in analytics

Third parties incidentally captured (e.g. wedding guests, event attendees,

bystanders) may also appear in our material. We aim to use such material respectfully

and in line with the purpose of the original shoot (e.g. a wedding film for the couple).

 

Portfolio and marketing use: Selected images/video may be used to showcase our

work on our website, social media channels, and in promotional materials, unless you

have specifically requested otherwise or our agreement with you states differently.

 

Right to object or request removal: If you appear in our photos/video and would like an

image or clip removed from our public-facing portfolio or marketing materials, you can

7. Who do we share your data with?


 

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with: Wix.com (website host and platform provider) — acts as a data processor for website hosting, forms, and built-in tools.

Payment and invoicing providers — to process payments and issue invoices. Email and communication tools — used to manage client correspondence. Social media platforms — where we publish or share photo/video content (e.g.Instagram, Facebook), subject to those platforms’ own privacy policies.

 

Subcontractors or collaborators (e.g. second photographers, editors) — only where

necessary to deliver a project, and bound by confidentiality. Authorities — where required by law.

 

8. International data transfers


 

Some of our service providers (including Wix) may process or store data outside the

EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate

safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or

equivalent mechanisms required under GDPR.

 

 

9. How long we keep your data


 

Enquiry/contact form data: Retained only as long as needed to respond, or up to [2years] if no booking follows. Client and booking data: retained for the duration of the business relationship plus the period required by Swedish bookkeeping law (generally 7 years for accounting records). Photos and video for delivered projects: retained per our archiving practices, typically [2 years], unless a shorter period is agreed with the client.

Portfolio/marketing images: retained until removed at your request or until no longer

relevant to our business. Website/cookie data: retained according to the lifespan of each cookie, as shown in the cookie banner.

 

 

10. Your rights under GDPR


 

As a data subject, you have the right to: Access the personal data we hold about you. Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data. Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal exceptions. Restrict processing in certain circumstances

 

Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including for marketing. Data portability for data you provided to us, where technically feasible. Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
